Art Therapy is a form of psychotherapy which uses personal image making to help clients discover an outlet for often complex and confusing emotions.

Sometimes our most important thoughts and feelings are hard to express in words alone, and the process of personal image making can access parts of ourselves that we need to explore.  In art therapy, art materials are used to play and experiment with.
You need no experience of 'art' making. Just the ability to make a mark on a suface like paper or clay.
